The products offered are digital gift cards delivered as electronic codes.

Each product is described accurately on its page (value, currency, compatible platform, terms of use).

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.

BingaPlay reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Payment is made using the methods offered on the site (bank cards, cash payment).

The order is considered confirmed after effective receipt of payment.

Delivery is instant: the code is sent automatically to the email address provided at the time of the order.

In case of a delivery issue, the customer can contact support at info@bingaplay.ma.

In accordance with the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the code has been sent and activated.

However, BingaPlay may issue a refund or cancellation only if the code has not yet been activated, after technical verification.
