Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Use define the conditions of access and use of the BingaPlay.ma website, a platform for selling gift cards and digital top-ups for gamers and online service users.

Article 2 - Access to the site

Access to the site is free for any user with an Internet connection. Connection costs remain the user's responsibility.

Article 3 - Services offered

BingaPlay allows users to purchase digital gift cards online; the codes are sent by email automatically after payment validation.

Article 4 - Liability

BingaPlay makes every effort to ensure the availability of the site and the reliability of the information. However, the company cannot be held liable for:

• service interruption for maintenance or technical issues,
• errors in the information displayed,
• fraudulent use of the customer account by a third party.

Article 5 - Customer account

The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating an account. In the event of fraudulent use, BingaPlay reserves the right to suspend or delete an account.

Article 6 - Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, source code, trademarks…) are protected by Moroccan copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 - Personal data

BingaPlay collects personal data only for order processing, customer account management, and after-sales service.

Article 8 - Changes to the terms

BingaPlay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are invited to consult them regularly.
